Terms and Conditions


All fees are charged by the day. Fees include the day of arrival and the day of departure and are payable on arrival or departure. However, cats collected by 9.30 AM on the day of departure will not be charged for that day.

Booking form

All clients are requested to complete a booking form which can be emailed or posted to us before cats arrival.

Early returns

We do not offer any refunds if the customer collects the cats earlier than the prearranged date.


We accept payment by cheque or cash. (We have no facilities for credit or debit cards)

Vaccinations and Flea treatment

Cats must have a current vaccination certificate against Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis to be boarded in the cattery and the documentation must be left with us during the cats boarding.

Cats must be flea treated before arrival. 

This is a licensing condition of the local authority)

Neutered Cats Only Accepted

Cats must be neutered (unless they are under six months old)

Veterinary fees

Any veterinary fees incurred during the boarding period are the responsibility of the client and must be paid at time of collection.


We provide cat baskets and bedding.  However, you are welcome to bring your own cat's bedding, toys and scratch post, but all belongings left on the property are done so at the client's risk. We reserve the right to dispose of any items soiled, chewed or damaged etc.

Cat welfare

Whilst every measure will be taken for the welfare and safety of all cats boarded, cats are boarded entirely at the clients risk.
