Boarding fees are charged per cabin per day and include the day of arrival and the day of departure. Fees are inclusive of VAT.
We have a minimum boarding fee equivalent to 3 day’s stay, and 5 days over peak times (June-September and school holidays). Boarding fees include everything your cat will need for his stay. Fees below apply for bookings until November 2026.
One cat – £19.50 per day
Two cats sharing – £30.00 per day
Three cats sharing – £37.00 per day
Four cats sharing – £43.00 per day
Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day will incur an additional day’s fee per day per cabin. (e.g. 1 cat staying over Christmas would incur an extra £39.00).
We also have an additional fee of £6 per day for a diabetic cat requiring insulin injections, for all other medication there is no extra charge.
A deposit/administration fee will be required to secure your booking, payable within a week of booking, this is non-refundable.
For long stay bookings (1 month plus) we may be able to offer special rates, please ask for details.
Full payment is due and required 14 days in advance of your cat’s holiday or before. Payment can be made via bank transfer or stripe payment (via the payment button on your confirmation or by logging into your account). If paying by cash, payment can be made at check in. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable except in exceptional circumstances. All details will be provided on your booking confirmation. We no longer accept cheques.
